I am trying to document the PCM (33920-67DU-1) components for a 2001 Grand Vitara/Tracker. The three components I can't identify are:
1. IC2 = 65025L(A)903. I believe this may be a field programmable gate array but I have no datasheet or pinout.
2. IC20 = HRA-99A. I think this component is made by Hitachi. I have no datasheet or pinout
3. IC48 = HRA-135B. I think this component is also made by Hitachi. It may be a motor control circuit but again no datasheet or pinout.
