It doesn't burn that much oil for an engine with 200,000 miles. Maybe 1/2 to 3/4 quart per oil change. Wouldn't a bad crank keyway through off timing? It starts and runs fine at idle at 5-6 BTDC.
Previous owner hollowed out the cat and I have replaced all the fuel system. These older ecu's don't have a limp home mode do they? You couldn't help me find a shop in my area that has rhinoview or some way of finding the issue. I payed a local shop $100 to diagnose the issue they told me the engine is shot with no compression. I have tested compression at 80psi in all cylinders. I think they just couldn't get codes and gave up. It starts just fine but slow to no acceleration.
My apologies for the cancelled order, I had parts on back-order but the delivery date was changed the day before they were due to be delivered, I am now seeing delivery dates of between 2 months and 18 months from different suppliers. I may need to redesign to ne able to use chips that I can get.
I would start by checking that the catalyser isn't blocked and that the fuel filter is good.

I have a 95 geo tracker California emissions that was my daily driver for nearly 10 years. Two months ago it started loosing power and had little exceloration at low rpm's. Feathering the throttle I am able to get it to hwy speeds but takes a long time and is unsafe. I am getting no codes or engine lights but the oil pressure light flickers from time to time. I have replaced oil sending unit, fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pressure switch and injectors. I have removed , cleaned and tested the egr system and checked all hoses for vacuum leaks. It is odb1 so I tried to order the rhinopower scan tool adapter and downloading the rhinoveiw software but with the chip shortage my order was cancelled. I have done plugs, wires, cap, rotor and done a tps test according to the book now I am out of ideas. Does anyone have suggestions.
