There is a good news. Last week I found a very good OBD II scanner from http://www.ebay.in/itm/CarGiz-Maruti-Suzuki-OBD-OBDII-Scanner-Kit-/251914056292?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item3aa73f7264. It is a device specially developed for Maruti Suzuki Indian cars. Because in many cases ELM327 does not support. But this cargiz V0.01 is a fantastic device. It is far better then ELM327. It may bring a smile on the face of users like me who are not happy with ELM327.
ELM327 only gives Powertrain data(what about EPS, BCM and ABS?????)
Buy Cargiz support the following modules----
1. Power train
2. BCM
3. EPS
4. ABS
5. ESP
And most important is that its cost is too low(as compare to features and parameter it has).
I bought ELM327 OBD scanner(Bluetooth Enabled) in JAN2015 for my Maruti Suzuki Swift car(India). I thought it would work with this. But it didnt. Now I am confused because I have lost money, time and trust also. Because there are lot of devices on eCommerce sites and all claim OBD II compatible. But most of them doesn't works with Indian cars.
Can someone please tell me any OBD II scanner device (Bluetooh Enabled) which is compatible with Indian Maruti Suzuki cars. I am ready to spent USD100-120 for this.
It is my personal advice please dont buy ELM327 device. It looks cost effective but its completely wastage of time and money both.
