I hope someone can help me out. My ecu has failed and Im searching for a replacement. I live in Peru and it has been quite trouble trying to find an ecu that would work on my suzuki. I have had "some luck", with some vendors in Chile (Peru is next to Chile, so it can be sent quite easy).
* My Suzuki is a Grand Nomade (which on other countries is called: Grand Vitara). * year= 1998
* Vin Numerber: JSAFTL52V00102979
* ECU CODE: 33920-65DA(0)
* Manual transmission
* fuel: gasoline
* engine: J20A- 125082
* 2.0 L engine
As I mentioned Im having trouble finding the right ecu, and have narrowed my search to someone in Chile offering me an ecu that might fit my Suzuki.
This Ecu number is : 33920-65DC(0)
From the outside it seems the same, it has 4 conectors in both cases.
As you may understand, me being in Peru and the vendor un Chile, makes it somewhat complicate if I do an incorrect purchase.
Would this alternative ECU fit my Suzuki?
any thoughts?
