thanks for the solution.
On windows7 the steps are:

Control Panel > Clock,Language,and Region > Region and Language > Additional Settings > Decimal Symbol > .

I tried to make my own program with Labview but I had some difficult to find all the conversion factors. Now I can restart to use Rhinopower.

A couple of people have reported error messages concerning floating point values. I have determined that these are caused by Windows regional settings that specify a comma instead of a decimal point. A fix for this will be implemented eventually, in the meantime please use the following workaround:

Open Windows Control Panel
Select Regional Settings
Change the decimal seperator to a decimal point as shown below:
