Baleno // G13BB -> G16B swap

Hello there.
Sorry if there already was such topic, but I can't find it.
I have a problem with an engine swap mentioned in a title, the struggle is real and persist for half year up today, so I'm quite desperated to find some help.

Donor: Baleno '97, G16b 4wd (taken only engine + 2wd tranny), w/o immo, german spec (has that specific connection from battery + to fuse box)
--- ECM: 6E / 1.6 E C / 33920-60GB1
Recipient: Baleno '96, G13bb 2wd, w/ immo (probably from Germany too, but no connection like in the donor)
--- ECM: 3L / 1.3 IMM / 33920-60GR

I guess I rushed some things hoping it will work out, as at first I just swapped the engine and connected to 1.3 original harness.
Effect: all electronics seemed to work, the engine cranked, fuel pump worked, spark was present. The only problem - no injection despite good fuse. No MIL codes (code 12)
Trying to figure it out I assumed I blocked the immobilizer somehow, so I decided to swap ECM, immobilizer module and barrel from the donor.

To my surprise, donor has no immobilizer, so I tried further swaps. The next setup was:

  • G16 engine
  • G16 ECM
  • G13 harness
  • unplugged immobilizer module and barrel antenna/ring

Effect: MIL code 22 which disappeared with TPS unplugged. Dead injectors (no voltage), dead pump (no warm-up buzz), engine cranking.
It pushed me to conclusion that perhaps ECU pinout may differ more than I expected, suspecting swapped TPS connector pinout. Having experience with similar swap in honda (f20-f22) in past, starting this swap I assumed bigger compatibility between same family engines.
So I swapped engine harness, so we have now:

  • G16 engine
  • G16 ECM
  • G16 engine harness
  • G13 interior harness
  • unplugged immobilizer module and barrel antenna/ring

Effect: no MIL light at all after twisting ignition key. Engine cranking. Dead pump, dead injectors. Didn't check on spark yet.
I investigated ECM connectors and the blue coupler - they have different wiring. Hadn't time to fully parse them yet. I'm really afraid that due to incompatible wiring I've smoked the donor's ECM.
Please help, the car takes root in my garden for last two years already doh
