On my ECU, the component labeled D20 is completely burned, so I can’t read any marking on it.
I found a photo of the same board on the internet, where the component is still visible, and I’m hoping someone can help me identify what D20 is (diode, zener, or transistor, and its value).
If anyone has a schematic or has worked on this ECU before, your help would be really appreciated.
