It requires a custom PCB to read from the memory, you need to run the processor in Mode 0 from an external EPROM and then read the memory out through the serial port using custom code located below the stock code (usually below C000h). If you go up to the Tech menu on the main site you will find some information on that processor, also Google for Jane Hacker or Data-ptr, she is also on this site and has done work on these processors.
