It is a 2-layer board, you can see where the tracks go, I suggest that you check your wiring and injector, that damage has been caused by a short circuit somewhere. That looks like a later EEROM ECU, they use the same PCB as the later Vitara ECUS (70Exx) so it is possible to recode a Vitara ECU if you can't get a good Samurai ECU.
