You can buy a J1962 connector fairly cheaply, you just need to connect the SDL pin from the ECU to pin 9, pin 4/5 to ground and pin 16 to the black/white switched 12V from the ECU or main relay.

The ECU is the same as the Vitara ECU but with different code, a previous poster retro fitted a connector. I don't have any interfaces available at present.
