You can read codes from the ECU however the software doesn't currently support immobiliser functions. There should be a test socket for the immobiliser that is used to pull fault codes, if you know how to use a terminal emulator then you can use the SDL interface to check the data transfer between the ECU and immo. Check the ECU fault codes while cranking to ensure that you have the CAS signal present, immo and non-immo ECUs swap the pins around.
You should be able to just swap that 93C56 chip. The immo can be reprogrammed but only by a Suzuki dealer because you need a special time limited password for the Tech2 tool, when I do a repair I have to reprogramme the ECU and immo with a known good pair of codes, I then match the keys to the immo using a locksmith's tool.

I did all the wiring to ecu exactly as in the diagrams, so i should have all back up power and standby.
And i did not connect the diagnostic pins, but i have them there just hanging
Nope the immobilizer cell i dont have, but i decided ill go to junkyard, and get the immo cell, a new key, and the ecu.
Then i can desolder the immo chips from both ecus and switch the junkyard chip to the current one. Do you know if it is possible to reprogram the immo module, maybe i could only reprogram that.
I assume the chip was 8pin and 93c56.
Thats my way and i think it is the easyest way for now
And i dont have any light blinking right Now, i have my suzuki SJ410 meters installed, and i am just doing engine swap the hard way obviously hahahahaaa
Its not possible to override the immobiliser. Do you have the original immobiliser as well? the ECU immo and keys need to be a matched set. Do you have a flashing CEL? if you have wired up the diagnostic ports for the ECU and the immo then you can pull the fault codes. make sure that you have the standby power supply present, if that isn't there then the ECU won't boot up before the immo sends the codes.

On saturday im trying to do the wiring for the chassis.
I will let you know how it goes, well im missing some other small stuff, like gasoline collector lines to return line and gas tank, and a radiator hoses.
I feel like im in good hands.
I assume this is the part number:
112031-6320
And yeah i can switch the pins around, just poke a needle to the pinhole and u can release it.
And yes now i can see that all the pins has info on the board wich belongs to what
That already helps me alot.
All i need to do is find out what all those short 2/3 letter combinations are.
Some are pretty obvious, but maybe i can google them too.
Thank you all for your help for now.
I feel so relieved, like i am getting this project forward again.
Ok i will open the case and inspect a little more if i find any clues for my proplem. No the junkyard car Ecm was from 1.6l baleno -98, and it was different coded.
That's not a big problem, it is possible to swap the pins around in the connector. From memory the G40 is the same pinout as a G50 (1.6), please post the part number that is printed on the PCB.

If you open the case and inspect the circuit board you will probably find the signal names printed on the PCB. I think I have one of these ECUs, I will check for you. Did the junkyard connector come from a car with the same ECU part number?

Nope, its multipoint fuel injected and 2 ignition coils for 4 spark plugs.
Im not sure if is told my story the right but.
I can find and ive found some pinouts and colors where to get what wire.. But in many cases where those Ecm connector pins have wire color and a location where it goes, its always the wrong one.
I cant find any that will match my Ecm.
Right Now i have the two smaller, 22 and 16 pins in the Ecm and they are connected to the engine, there is no excess wires or connectors roght Now.
But i still cant get my fuel pump on or to get injectors to say zap.
So i think im still missing some signal wires from the largest 26pin connector like from ignition switch and ground and another power.. And maybe something else.
Thing is i dont want to go and poke around some battery cable and brake my Ecm.
I hope you understand Now better.
I might be able to send pictures if someone is more knowleable for this case.
Im willing to pay if someone has information or documents to get the car going.
Thanks alot again for quick answers.
Thank you for your assistance, i have found pinouts and manuals for the car. But the main proplem is, there is not one to match the wire coloring for my Ecm terminal leads.
Im not sure if your magnet link works because i cant clik it but ill try to copy paste it to somwhere.
Hello, i would need pinouts for this specific Ecm 33920-65G4
for my suzuki SJ410 engine swap, somehow i lost the largest obd1 A1 26pin connector but i managed to haul one from the junkyard and. Now i cant find any pinouts or repair manuals where to find electrical information for my proplem.
Please help me or im stuck forever with my beloved zuki.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also if u have the repair manual for the current ecu i am willing to pay some sum for the pdf page through paypal account.
