A quick look at the binaries shows that the VE map appears to be the same as a stock ECU but the base timing map has up to four degrees more advance at high loads in the middle of the RPM range. Modifications at high load only are typical of dyno tuning as most dynos can only do measurements at full throttle.

This is an ECU from a JDM Samurai and is unusual because it is not only an EPROM ECU but it has already been tuned.
