I was looking at the schematic yesterday, I think register 9 may be EGR temperature, that backs that up, I'll try and check it tonight if I can. Can you see which pin on the ECU it goes to?
What is happening on address 4? that could be the California fault codes if its the same format as an 8V.
I did have a brief look last night and I do have IAT at 29. I'm so used to the normal locations for the registers that it didn't occur to me to look for it on page 2. I have the vaules now and I just need to work out the scaling.
Battery voltage is correct when the scaling is applied.
MAF looks OK, I need to confirm this
VSS - I'll look at the scaling for that

I found a couple wires coming off of the TPS harness, they connected to something near the base of the EGR valve, the wire color code "sort of matched" the Tracker Shop manual..
When I unplugged it, register 9 went to zero.

The addresses that I need now are MAF (unplug) and air temp. sensor (unplug) and also injector pulse width. InjPW is usually two registers, high and low and will increase when you accelerate but will drop suddenly when you back off the throttle (fuel cut).
