Hi everyone!

I'm from NOIDA, India and presently working towards improving the thermal efficiency of Gasoline powered ICEs. I have developed a high energy ignition system which has shown some really promising results with an outdated single cylinder engine (Honda G300). Presently I've salvaged a G13BB engine from a car (Maruti Suzuki Esteem VXi - 2007). The engine has been mounted on to a fabricated chassis and is running in excellent condition. What I plan is to couple an alternator (82.5 KVA) to this engine through a 2:1 reduction gearbox, run the engine at 3000 RPM to get the alternator going at 1500 RPM and compare "Before" and "After" results for fuel consumption (at 25% / 50% / 75% / 100% loads) in context with the alternative ignition system. Everything is working perfect and I need a cable-software combination to log all the possible data (including injectors, spark timing, torque, power, temperature, RPM, fuel trims etc.) for comparison. At later stage I intend to completely automate the running / optimization of the completed electricity generator set.
