I have checked the pinout for the connector. It looks like there has been a short circuit that has done a lot of damage to the ECU, there are a couple of wires that are jumping broken tracks. I can't see properly but it looks like one of the connector pins is damaged?
The yellow box is a relay and appears to be wired in to bypass the main relay, this is not a good idea because it means that all the power for the 12V switched circuits will be brought through the connector pins and the ECU tracking. You should check your wiring from the ECU to the main relay, is it damaged?
The Check Engine Light is probably on because there is further damage to the ECU that has not been fixed.

Hi guys. I have a problem with my ecu. My check engine light is always on but code is 12 (normal). Today open my ecu. Somebody is playing my ecu. This is not normal. I send some pics. Please help me.
I need to check the pins that that is wired to but that looks like an immobiliser emulator inside the case of a relay. I found one on another ECU, that one threw an immobiliser fault and wouldn't start. If it really is a relay then I've no idea why someone would fit that.
